Refund and return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours after the order has been placed. After these 12 hours, the delivery process will start and no refunds can be made.

Only orders canceled prior to fulfillment are entitled to a full refund. If the product has already been shipped out, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order and you will have to contact us after you receive the package to return it.

Return Policy:

In case you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. We will no longer accept your request more than 30 days.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with our product, email a customer care representative at ryewear@fedie.store, sharing your review and money-back request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be new (unopened in original packaging, and not used)

For defective products (product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way), a customer care representative will send you the return label that you can download/print, and there will be no cost to the

customer.

For customer remorse (purchased the wrong product, it doesn't work, or no longer want the item), the return label is the customer's responsibility.

For returns, there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the product price.
